Wet Cast

Manufacturing only from naturally occurring aggregates J P Naylor offer a full bespoke service. Requiring longer lead-in times than products made by the 'semi-dry' process means we need to be involved as early as possible in the design process.

The wet cast specification lends itself to larger components and is particularly suitable for columns, structural beams, balustrading etc.

Design input by J P Naylor's Technical Department will often eliminate the need for expensive steelwork when structural stone items are used.

J P Naylor will, in conjunction with the architect, develop finishes specifically for your project. Generally the units are etched after manufacture to reveal the full beauty of the underlying aggregate.

Services

Our service includes:

Pre order scheduling
We will from your Architect's drawings, quantity survey and supply priced schedules of cast stone components for your consideration.

Pre order design
We will where possible offer designs which can often incorporate structural elements thus saving on expensive steelwork and steel lintels.

Pre order colour matching
Our standard range of colours and finishes have been specifically designed to match the more popular limestones and sandstones. However, colours and finishes to suit particular requirements are also available and we will gladly match others upon site of samples.

Post order design
A comprehensive technical service is available including design detailing and component drawings for the approval of our customers and their consultants prior to manufacture.

Structural calculations
These will be provided where necessary to substantiate any structural elements that we may propose.

Programme
We will agree a suitable project development and delivery programme with your key personnel.

Site liaison
Site liaison is provided by both our office based Customer Service Department as well as on site by our Technical Representatives.

Insurance
All of our products are backed up by a £5,000,000 product and public liability insurance, giving our customers total confidence when purchasing J P Naylor's cast stone.
